1. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber
It has good corrosion resistance, compression resistance and tear resistance, and can also resist the invasion of ozone, sunlight and oil pollution. Suitable for O-rings in automobile engines, washing machines and new refrigeration systems, but not for esters, alcohols and aromatic solvents.
2. NBR
It is generally used for water, silicone oil, glycol hydraulic oil and other media, but not for polar solutions such as ozone and ketone nitro hydrocarbons.
3. Silicone rubber
It can resist the damage of cold, heat, ozone and atmospheric aging, but has poor tensile properties and is not resistant to oil. Generally used in O-rings of household appliances such as microwave ovens, water heaters, electric irons, water dispensers, and kettles.
4. Fluorine rubber
It has good ozone resistance and weather resistance, and its high temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, but its cold resistance is poor. O-rings generally used in fuel systems and chemical plants. Not recommended for use in ketone and nitrate mixtures.
