1) The piston pin should be scraped and ground. The motor shaft, split piston pin and load part of the rolling bearing need to have an interface tension of 90~1000.
2) The tangential and axial clearance between the piston pin and the motor shaft should meet the requirements.
3) The horizontal deviation of the engine crankshaft cannot exceed 0.1mm per meter of length.
4) The vertical deviation between the axis of the engine crankshaft and the axis of the crosshead guide rail of the overall fuselage shall not exceed 0.1mm per meter of length.
The cat skid steer engine damper scrapes the big end piston pin and the small end bearing shell of the crankshaft, so that the total area of the contact surface with the engine crankshaft shaft diameter and the crosshead pin is 70% of the total area of each, and the contact surface should be evenly distributed. The tangential backlash and axial backlash between the piston pin at the big end of the crankshaft and the crankshaft motor shaft of the engine shall meet the requirements. The tangential backlash and axial backlash between the crankshaft small end bushing and the crosshead pin should meet the requirements, and the connecting nut and clamping device should be tightened and clamped.
